Wickedywitch Poetry – My First Love

Handsome and dark with eyes so blue

That looked at you and melted you through

Hair dark and fine that fingers longed to entwine

He was a special first love of mine

A cheeky smile that lit up his face

A lovely time my memories embrace

Many years have passed but the memories do not fade

Of gorgeous eyes and handsome face

Nothing I would have changed of that time

We were young and naive yet all the same

Fond memories of laughter and fun in sea and waves

Of the time long ago with my first love remains.
